• Initiates and schedules pre-construction kick-off meeting
• Identifies areas of risk and profitability to focus project team decision making
• Drawing/document review and develop bid list and invitation to bid process.
• Work collaboratively with outside parties (I.e. the design team, etc.) to accomplish client goals
• Building and maintaining positive subcontractor relationships and developing critical relationships within Shawmut.

• 2-3+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
• Experience with Bluebeam, On-screen Takeoff, Timberline or other estimating software a plus
• Experience with out of the ground, renovation, retail and high end boutiques, hotels, restaurants, luxury homes, and high end corporate tenant interiors a plus
• Experience with projects of various size and scope
